Hello beautiful soul. I’m Christin. A little bit about me: I am a very active person! I love hikes, muay thai & aerial yoga. I am also a big music lover & I am in a rock band! We are still in our infancy, but if you like rock n roll & you want to know when we start playing shows - definitely ask me about it & I’d love to tell you!
I began my bodywork journey with the desire to help people process trauma out of their body through Somatic therapies. I wanted people to be able to break the cycle of disconnecting from their body & learn how to trust being in & listening to their body. Now, I am a Level 3 trained Craniosacral Therapist & helping people in more ways than I ever dreamed of!

Hello beautiful soul. I’m Alicia. A little bit about me: I am a giant nerd in my free time. You’ll find me playing Dungeons & Dragons with my family while I snuggle with my cats. I also geek out on physiology & have a solid deadlift form, so I’ve got you!
My career journey began in biochemistry, but I quickly discovered that engineering allopathic drugs was not my scene. I went on to teach science & math, but I only continued to burst at the seams with unresolved purpose. Everything changed when I discovered Reiki, which led to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (& I have never looked back!).
My favorite aspects of being a healer are allowing people space to experience unconditional acceptance & giving them hope. Hope their bodies can heal; hope their futures will be brighter.
