Christin Shaffer LMT / CST

{will accept plant cuttings for tip!}

Hello hello! Christin here! I am so excited to work with you! A little bit about me: I am a trauma & domestic violence survivor. I have a massive passion for helping people learn the wisdom of their body & utilizing that wisdom for healing because it has helped me so much in my own journey. I love music & I am in a heavy metal band. I also live in a converted school bus!

I am an Upledger Intitute trained Craniosacral practitioner in Rogers, Arkansas. While I have spent time as a sports & deep tissue therapist, I am moving more toward work in Craniosacral. It is my most recommended service by a variety of practitioners : Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Myofunctional Therapists, Dentists & Mental Health Professionals.

I began my bodywork career with the desire to help people feel at home in their body. I ultimately knew that I wanted to spend my days working on complex cases & help people process trauma out of their body with a Somatic approach. This naturally drew me to Craniosacral. If you are curious about how this modality could fit your journey, you can read about it here. No matter what you may be dealing with, Craniosacral has the potential to have a place in your treatment plan.

[I am currently only taking referral clients for massage. - Referral meaning a client or practitioner sent you to me. If you know me personally, I am your referral! BUT my books are completely open to new Craniosacral clients]

{will accept recipes & garden extras as tip!}

Hello, beautiful soul. I’m Alicia! I am both grateful for & humbled by every client who lets me share my peaceful energy with them. In my free time, I am nerding out - playing Dungeons & Dragons with my family, while snuggling my cats. (I secretly wish I were an elf druid.) I also enjoy cooking any & all kinds of food!

My work background began in Biochemistry, but engineering allopathic drugs was not my scene. So, I went on to teach science & math for a while. Bursting at the seams with unresolved purpose, I discovered Reiki, which led to becoming a Massage Therapist & I haven’t looked back!

My favorite aspects of being a healer are offering unconditional acceptance & giving hope. I want clients to experience hope for their bodies to heal; hope for a future filled with light. I also geek out on physiology & have a solid deadlift form, so I’m there for you & your hamstrings, & the kink in your neck!
